Grammar: Present Simple vs Present Continuous & Present Perfect vs Past Simple
It is time to see how well you know the English tenses.
And if you are not perfect? No worries! You don’t have to be perfect for normal communication. You just need to be able to understand and get your message across. Plus, you will watch explanatory videos in tomorrow’s lesson.
- Start with the exercise dealing with the Present Simple and Present Continuous.
- Then go on to the exercise dealing with Present Perfect and Past Simple.
- Then do the last exercise dealing with all the tenses.

Exercise: Present Simple & Present Continuous – Complete the sentences using the Present Simple or Present Continuous form of the words in brackets.
Example: I am going (go) to work tomorrow.
