I’ve been watching the Jamie Oliver’s Food Tube Canal for 3 years now and i love Jamie’s cooking and Jamie’s english as well. So delicious food, simple recipes that are beautifully described and on top of that absolutely delightful and satisfying sound of yummy Jamie’s english for my ears. As i’ve tried Jamie’s recipes many times I am definitely picking out Soňa’s Zucchini Carrot Risotto! We love rice! And don’t worry, I’ll come back with the result for sure! Actually i can’t wait to taste it!
Thank you for the inspiration. I like the Indian cuisine, but I am usually afraid that the food will be very spicy and hot. I like to go to the Indian restaurant in České Budějovice with my friends, but I know, when they write – the meal is a little bit spicy – for me is very spicy:) A like to try the Indian food, but I donť have special ingredients (spicies) and I think that my small children would not eat it. The Zucchinni risotto sounds very well. I must try it! The recipes from Jamie are perfect. I love spaghetti and recipes which donť take much time.
Thank you for very inspirational lesson of English, my new word is grate, I have forgotten. And Soňa your recipe is the best for me. Iam vegetarian, I love carrot and it is really simple and quick recipe. The recipe from India is nothing for me, to many ingredients and Who wants to mash frozen ! peas with green mint? So your recipe was the best (-:
It’s always great to find good new vegetarian dishes, and Soňa’s risotto is delicious!
OMG! The food look delisious. I really love pasta and butter chicken as well, I dont like risoto a lot, but sometimes I eat some risoto too. I need to try all of them some day :D!!
Oh, my mouth watters! All dishes are my cup of tea. I am glad to try anything new, for example Indian or Asia dishes and I often go to Indian or Vietnamese restaurant for a lunch or dinner. But when I am cooking, I prefer dishes of our Europ’s neighbours. I often cook for my guests from Austria. I like their potato salad: only potato, red onion, pickles and sauce with oil, black pepper, mustard and salt. And about other their dishes: every time must be a big slice of meat and boiled or stewed vegetable, for example cabbage or beetroot. Local dishes from Austria, Hungary, Slovakia or Polland or borsch from the Ukraine taste good to everyone. And it is possibble to cook also their vegetarian option. Soňa, your recipe I must try soon, probably on Saturday, risoto is the best of!
That potato salad sounds lovely Jana, I’ll have to give it a try.
Which of your European neighbours’ food do you like the best?
Hello Romandi, I must say these 3 dishes are the most popular: Hungarian beef goulash, “Wiener schnitzel” with potato salad and roasted pork knee with mustard, horseradisch and pickles. Actually no healthy diet…
Hi, I must say that every video looks very good. Because I love meal which is light I would try Jamie’s pasta and Soňa’s risotto. B
I like all recipes in videos.
I would like to try Soňa’s recipe, it looks very easy and yami yami😊.
The second video isn’t good for me, because I don’t like Indian cuisin. It is very spicy for me and I have bad experince from Indian restaurant in London. My daughter with her husband invited us to beautiful restaurant in Camden. I chose “sweet” chicken, but it was so spicy, I couldn’t even talk and tears welled up in my eyes. Indian waiter brought me some sauce that helped me. I can’t imagine “spicy” chicken😲!
The third video was exactly for my apetit, I love pasta and shown recipes were unknown to me and I will definitely try them all.
I usually do English tasks in the morning with a cup of hot tea.
Today was a big mistake.
After watching the videos, I would “eat the dead eye” – is there something similar for this Czech idiom in English?
I love courgette – the first recipe is great. Thank you, Soňa.
In the second video – Indian food – also looks good, but I’m afraid of spicy dishes.
At first I was discouraged by the “spicy spices” but the recipe looked great
