Travel Journal – Day 2: Franschhoek Wine Tour

Franschoek Wine Tour

We woke up to the sound probudili jsme se do zvuku něčeho) of rain this morning, but that wasn’t going to stop us, we had a mission to go hiking na túru / pěší turistiku in the mountains right behind our cottage. As we started walking, the mountains were still covered in clouds, but soon it started to clear up vyjasňovat se and we had a beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. We chose one of the shorter routes so we had plenty of time for the rest of the day’s activities.

After our hike, we headed to zamířili jsme do Franschhoek to go on the hop-on hop-off wine tram. There are three wine tram routes to choose from, with each route visiting 5 or 6 wine farms. Some of the wine farms have art galleries or restaurants or both, and each wine farm specialises in specializuje se na different types of wines.
