Let’s cook together! Chakalaka recipe
Want to try making something at home? Let’s make chakalaka — a spicy vegetable relish pálivý zeleninový relish / omáčka that’s super popular and goes with almost everything hodí se téměř ke všemu !
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons lžíce vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, chopped nakrájená
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed rozetřené
- 1 red bell pepper červená paprika , chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1–2 fresh chili peppers, chopped (or use chili flakes vločky chilli if you prefer)
- 2 carrots, grated nastrouhané
- 1 tablespoon curry powder kari koření
- 1 teaspoon paprika mletá paprika
- 1 can plechovka (400g) baked beans fazole v rajčatové omáčce in tomato sauce
- 1 can (400g) chopped tomatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste dle chuti
Instructions:
- Heat the oil Zahřejte olej in a large pot hrnci over medium heat střední teplotě .
