I love cooking and baking for my family, because they like eating. My son loves Czech meals, as sauces and dumplings, bacause he lives abroad and there are not typical Czech meals. My daugter likes fried schnitzel with potato salad. My grandchildren like pasta and lasagne. My son-in-law loves chilli con carne, my doughter-in-law likes sweet and my husband likes everything.
I love cooking and tasting new flavors. I used to enjoy Italian and French dishes, especially stewed and grilled meals. Now my favorite is Chicken Florida with ham, peaches, and cheese, served with mashed potatoes. I drink still water with lemon and cucumber. One day I’d love to try it with honey, ginger, wine, and pepper marinade!

I like cooking. I love eating plated dish in summer. We arrange these ingredients on a plate: salads, slice of ham, quartered tomatoes and eggs, round cucumbers, cheese slices and pour the sauce over it all. Sauce is yolk and oil, then add pepper and salt , a bit sugar and water (taková dochucená domácí majolka). During 15 minutes it’s all done.
