Yes, I think I would like this soup. Ribollita is a vegetable soup from Tuscany. It has kale, carrots, onions, zucchini, garlic, parsley, and sage. It also has white beans and sourdough bread. On top, you can add Parmesan cheese. The soup looks warm and tasty in the video.
I like soups with vegetables. This one is healthy and easy to make. I think it is good for cold days. I would eat it with my family. Maybe I will cook it next weekend. Thank you for the recipe!

the ribolita soup looks fantastic but my family doesn`t like beans a cabbage. 🙁 Only me and my husband. Maybe I`ll try it during the summer holiday when the kids will be on the camp. 🙂
