While practising sentences about animals, I accidentally ended up exploring a whole catalogue of phobias — arachnophobia, entomophobia, ofidiophobia, chiroptophobia… all because Tereza found one spider in the shower. At this point, I feel like nothing in the bathroom can surprise me anymore — unless a wolf shows up. That would be a new one.
Example:
I decided that one beetle wasn’t going to stop me from cleaning the kitchen, so I headed in.
I decided that one wasp wasn’t going to stop me from opening the window, so I headed in.
I decided that one bat wasn’t going to stop me from getting my towel, so I headed in.
I decided that one worm wasn’t going to stop me from watering the garden, so I headed in.
I decided that one mouse wasn’t going to stop me from making breakfast, so I headed in.
I decided that one lizard wasn’t going to stop me from turning on the light, so I headed in.
I decided that one frog wasn’t going to stop me from brushing my teeth, so I headed in.
I decided that one moth wasn’t going to stop me from opening the closet, so I headed in.
I decided that one tiny gecko wasn’t going to stop me from opening the bathroom door, so I headed in.
