I have the same experience. I like meat, but when I eat more meat than vegetable during week I´m more tired, sad, pessimistic. In my oppinion heathy diet makes me happier, optimistik and smiely.
To be honest, that it’s quiet a surprising new for me. When it comes to mental health I think especially about a link between mental health and illnesses of body. I’ve never thought about it in this way. But it makes sense to me. So I guess it’s time to reconsider my diet a little bit.
I generally agree. Active and healthy life style is a key for long and happy life.
From my point of view above articles are true. I have been trying eat well and exercise 3-4 times a week and feel better and better. But sometimes it is really hard to find time and energy for my resolutions and plans to live healthier. So I follow the rule 80:20 🙂
I agree with these articles. When I am eating healthy diet, doing exercise and sleeping for a long time than usuall I am feeling better. But sometimes it is very heavy to do these habits every day with two small kids. But it is neccessary and I want to do it!

I think, it is true. Mental and physical health are interdependent. I have preferred a healthy lifestyle for a long time and I really feel good. I learned to prepare simple quick meals from available ingredients. I don’t have much time to exercise. At least I walk to work. On weekends I go for a longer walk in nature. It is good for my body.
I think it is all true. I realize it, I am trying to eat healthy food, do some excercise, be calm, sleep enough (it is the most demanding for me, because I want to manage a lot of things :-)).
My oppinion is: eat and live healty life is really important, but just enough of everything. Eat healty diet ,doing excersices but also sleep well, be happy, do what you like and sometimes eat not only the diet food too, ’cause what does the “healty food” means? What is “healty”? My oppinion is, eat proteins carbohydrates fats… but also get your self icecream sometimes :). It is important that healthy things are the main thing in the menu.
From my point of view it is really true. I eat good food without processed food and a year I have done exercise and mindfulness and my mental health is better. I feel much much better.
P.S. I did not find exercises under articles.

I guess it is true. A healthy diet is necessary for healthy body and sound in body, sound in mind. But sometimes I feel very happy when I eat junk food :D.
Many years ago I read books from Luise Hay about this topic. Our mind affects our body. At that different types of negative thoughts affects different parts of our body and cause specific kinds of diseas. I can say that’s also my opinion.
In my opinion, the mental health is the best thing we can do for our bodies. I think that people only think about their body – they eat healthy food, they do exercise, but they don’t think about their mental health. Everything should be in a harmony.
In my opinion the most important one is a mental health. To be completely satisfied with my life is the true key to our healt. If we feel well and like ourthelves, there is no reason to eat junk food to destroy own body.

In my opinion, it is true. I read an article about the microbiome in our intestines which affects our mood. I guess, what we eat affects the microbiome. We can say, it is our intestine’s brain.
In my opinion, the facts in article are true. I believe in connection “ we are What we eat”. I guess the mediterranean diet is really healthy and help to keep fit our brain and body. If you ask me, I am fans of healthy diet and not of Fast food (unfortunately my kids don ´t think it😀)
For my point of view is for a healthy lifestylet very important to have good healthy food, sports, exercise, enough sleeping and managing a stressful job.
But i think in ordinary life it is very difficult especially when one has family with small children and more a stressful job.
